Randy E. Kleinman is a Senior Associate at Gerstman Schwartz, where he specializes in areas where traditional law and litigation intersect with public policy and politics. Randy regularly provides clients with guidance on cutting-edge strategies and novel theories of liability in the areas of employment, digital healthcare and technology, real estate, construction, and defamation.
Randy served as lead counsel on the firm’s representation of a client in a civil rights matter resulting in a $30,000,000 settlement. He also plays an integral role in the firm’s most complex and high-profile cases, and regularly represents clients in a multitude of multi-million-dollar lawsuits including litigation against Google, Twitter, the Daily Beast, and Mediaite.
Randy is also an author and adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law. He received a J.D. from New York Law School, where he graduated with honors.
Randy is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York, California, and Washington, D.C., and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Northern District of California.
