The Gerstman Schwartz & Mailto law firm (GSM), along with its lobbying arm, Gotham Government Relations & Communications (GGR), is continuing with its expansion by adding to its team of experienced litigators and government affairs professionals. With new offices in Long Island, Albany and Manhattan, the firm has increased its capacity to meet the needs of corporate clients in diverse areas of litigation, commercial transactions, corporate law, and government relations.
GSM and GGR are proud to announce a sterling new addition. Antonio C. Martinez II will be working primarily on the government relations side-with a specialization in U. S. Latin American government and trade relations. With a new day dawning in United States/Cuba relations, Mr. Martinez will be GGR’s go-to professional for businesses and associations interested in future business and philanthropic opportunities between the United States and Cuba and Latin America.
Mr. Martinez earned his BS Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. Fully bilingual, he will also handle client legal matters including immigration, food and drug law, and general business law. Mr. Martinez also has substantial experience in federal and state government relations.
Mr. Martinez will be located in the firm’s New York City offices.
In the past year, GSM has added a number of highly experienced attorneys whose diverse expertise gives the law firm a unique ability to satisfy the needs of a broad and growing array of clients. In addition, GGR has also expanded-adding professionals in a number of policy areas, as well as Perry M. Ochacher, as its new managing partner.
“The Gerstman Schwartz & Malito law firm, and Gotham Government Relations & Communications, will continue to add skilled legal and government relations professionals to its already impressive array of team members”, said co-founding partners Brad Gerstman and David Schwartz.
